Park Services

Our Parklife delivers a number of Services on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. These services have been developed in partnership with the London Legacy Development Corporation and other Park partners.

These services currently include:

Park Mobility

Park Mobility is a service available for visitors to the Park with mobility and/or visual impairment. It is delivered with support from our fantastic Park Champions – all trained volunteers.

The Park Mobility service currently consists of:-

  • hire of mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs
  • a wheelchair accessible mobility ‘golf’ buggy
  • sighted guides.

Customer Services

Our trained Park Champion Volunteers support the Customer Service team at the Park’s Information Point, ensuring that Park visitors have all the information they need to enjoy their trip the Park. This includes the delivery of the Park Mobility Service.

Education Visits

We work with teachers and local group leaders who would like to bring a group to the Park and bring a range of subjects to life. We focus on connecting local people to the Park in an engaging and inspiring way. We work with you to develop a visit that reflects your students’ interests and needs. Education visits are often related to conservation, biodiversity and the Parklands but can also cover topics such as engineering, cleaning and facilities management, customer and visitor services, sustainable energy, hospitality and events. Education visits are often between 2-4 hours long. We work with you to understand what you’d like to get from the visit and make the necessary arrangements on the Park.
